class=\"\">\n                  <p>U bent ZZP-er en op zoek naar een mooie huurwoning. Hiervoor staat u al langere tijd ingeschreven. Totdat u bericht krijgt dat u een woning toegewezen hebt gekregen. En dan wordt opeens op heel korte termijn een financi\u00eble onderbouwing\n                    gevraagd van uw inkomen omdat er inkomenseisen of inkomensgrenzen voor de woning gelden.<\/p>\n                  <p>Een uitdraai van uw cijfers uit uw boekhouding of een Belastingaangifte is dan niet goed genoeg. Men vraagt om een prognose voor de huurwoning voor de rest van het boekjaar of van het gehele volgende boekjaar. Maar deze prognose mag\n                    u niet zelf opstellen. En dat is het punt vanaf waar wij u van dienst kunnen zijn.<\/p>\n                  <p>Wij kunnen de gevraagde prognose voor u opstellen binnen 2 werkdagen. Indien noodzakelijk dan kunnen wij deze ook binnen 4 kantoor-uren voor u verzorgen.
